PIDC Cup is NOT to decide who is the best batch!!
Ok, yes, I admit... The name PIDC Cup clearly means Sports Tournament.
But it is not the FREAKING OLYMPICS, people!!!
I don't understand why are there people working up for this cup...
Sure, even if you win the overalls, you are the champion. But it's the spirits that count. Whatever happened to team spirit and having fun?
Honestly, if some of the contenders are so 'kiasu', start skipping classes and practising rather than finding ways to sabotage the winners' rightful championship.
To those of you out there still kept in the dark, let me shed some lights...
PIDC Cup 2009 has officially launched its fireworks last week, on 8th of October. (More accounts on it shall be posted soon, once I collected all my pics and spectators' POV.)
As we, the 5th Batch is finally the seniors batch in India, it is up to us, the geniuses, to organize the entire event. (It's a blast, I'm telling you people~) Besides the fact that many unexpected things popped out here and there. (e.g. Late setups of the tents, Juniors arriving too late to participate the opening, an irrresponsible someone...*cough cough* etc), I believe we did pretty good!! ^^
Though two games have passed, which are Ping Pong & Carrom, people still find the faults in the events. Sure, I sincerely admit here that there are faults. Hey, we are not the Olympics organizers!!! We are a bunch of Dentists-soon-to-be!!! What more can you expect?!
Here, like my other batch mates, I apologize for all the little errors we have commited so far.
But is it worth mentioning over & over again?? And to actually blame us for even the late delivery of Team Jerseys?!! Hello, in case you people haven't noticed, we don't have names and numbers on our backs, unlike the lots of you!! If Ah Boy has money to spare, we would have flown our jerseys straight from M'sia itself. Please try to be more considerate.
As for the fact that Jade Warriors have been on a winning roll...
Can we help it if we are stronger?? Gosh, you kids are so immature. Please grow up.
There has been no cheating on the game and we certainly did not compromise the games! How the heck in the world do we know who is better and who's not to arrange the competitors?? (You've got good imagination. Go join Steven Spielberg's team and direct a movie!) Our team shared equal amount of panic and stress. It so happens we aim better. Blame your eyesights, not our bands of umpire.
Now that I think about it... I don't see the reason to apologize earlier today at all.
Come on, if we should apologize for our every mistakes. Who apologized for the fact that we are unfairly accused, 'Your Batch SUXS!!'... Where's our deserved apology?!
The boys in my batch are too kind. Back in my high school days, if ever, a junior or a group of them ever so much as utter such words, my class would have 'B*tchslap' her/them. We may tolerate by withdrawing and swallowed this injustice inflicted on us, but it doesn't mean we accept this rudeness. Afterall, we as the seniors should show the sportsmanship and behave like gentlemen/classy ladies. Dare you thread on our paths again, the Warriors in us may not yield again. *THIS IS A WARNING*
PIDC Cup is first organized by our seniors as a way to bond between the seniors-juniors. It is also for us to channel of stress from too much studying & enjoy some healthy competition alongwith having fun. If you people have forgotten that, then I seriously think you should just withdraw from the tournament. This way, you save yourselves some pride from being trampled over by others. And the PIDC Cup certainly is no place for SORE LOSERS!!!
